Job Description
Overview
Connections Technical Staffing division is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Call Manager Engineer for a contract opportunity with the potential for hire. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining Cisco Call Manager environments including provisioning troubleshooting and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will have seniorlevel expertise in Cisco Call Manager and general network support experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertlevel support for Cisco Call Manager including creating trunks managing audio configurations troubleshooting and performing standard MACD (Move Add Change Delete) tasks.
- Ensure the stability and performance of the Cisco Unified Communications environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voicerelated issues efficiently.
- Work closely with IT teams to maintain and support enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Provide general network support as needed with Aruba or Palo Alto experience preferred.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Seniorlevel experience (SME) in Cisco Call Manager with handson expertise in trunk creation audio management and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP SIP and network protocols.
- Experience with Aruba or Palo Alto networking technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a supportfocused role (no architecture tasks).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
