Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the payer valuebased programs.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work to complete projects within agreed upon timeframes identifying and escalating any risks mitigation plans and constraints.
Work closely with business and clinical partners Informatics and IT staff to create tactics approach and timelines for projects focusing on clinical/business process improvements to support VBC metrics.
Support change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions in the organization.
Contribute ideas for enhancing valuebased programs and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Assist in data collection and analysis related to valuebased metrics.
Patient chart review validation of quality measures and partnership with practice operations to support quality improvement.
Support Coopers success in valuebased programs through program and project management.
Manage or support process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results in our payer programs in partnership with project sponsors process owners and other team members.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and implement standardize workflows transform processes and progress from volume to value.
3 to 5 years experience must be healthcare program management related
BS/BA preferably in business healthcare operations nursing. Masters degree in healthcare/finance/organizational development preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Green or Black Belt Preferred
