Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of clients providing highquality accounting and advisory services.
- Prepare and review financial statements management accounts and tax returns.
- Oversee junior staff providing mentorship training and technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a key point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients through strategic advice and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
