Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Tenovia. As a Senior Finance Executive you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our company. This includes overseeing accounting activities ensuring compliance with tax laws and providing financial guidance to senior management. This position requires a strong background in finance excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- MidLevel: 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Accounting software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in finance modeling and data analysis
- Knowledge of PF PT and other relevant financial processes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the daytoday financial operations of the company including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Prepare financial statements reports and presentations for senior management
- Develop and implement financial models to analyze and forecast business performance
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision making
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency
- Stay updated with accounting industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors banks and tax authorities
