ENVIRONMENT:
A leading outsourcing company in the BPO sector known for providing topnotch service and innovative solutions is looking for a German Speaking Call Centre Agent. MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN. The role involves working for a prestigious airline brand across various work streams assisting passengers with travelrelated queries before and after flight departures. Responsibilities include using airline reservation systems handling voice calls and managing written correspondence in both German and English.
