General Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License Administrative Endorsement
- Masters Degree in Education including advanced graduate work in education in the areas of curriculumdevelopment supervision and instructional practices
- Designation of completion of ISBE Principal and Teacher Evaluator Modules
- Minimum four years successful teaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to increase capacity accountability and efficiency for improved effectiveness among professional personnel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in curriculum instruction assessment and leadership
- Demonstrated management abilities
- Residency within 10 miles of the school district
Terms of Employment
- 237 day contract
- Salary and benefits to be determined by the Board of Education
Reports to
- Superintendent of Schools
