About the role
An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual with experience in a high functioning Executive Administrative position to join our Executive team.
Newcastle Private Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant who will take initiative and anticipate key events taking actions to enable the smooth running of the executive office.
You will be highly competent in managing complex and frequently changing schedules build strong relationships be highly organised and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.
You will be supporting a fast paced high energy executive professionals with a broad portfolio consisting of internal and external stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required onsite fulltime.

Come and join our expert team of surgeons specialist doctors dedicated nurses and allied health professionals at Newcastle Private Hospital. We are a 189 bed acute private hospital facility colocated on the John Hunter Campus at Rankin Park. The hospitalhas11 theatres including a hybrid theatre and a 15 bed Intensive Care Unit.
We also havea cardiac suite includinga cardiac catheter laboratory and a 16 bed Coronary Care Unit. A private maternity suite including6 birthing suites and a special care baby nursery isavailable for families in the Newcastle region.Newcastle Private Oncology Centre provides specialty care for individuals and their families/carers undergoing all aspects of cancer treatment and care with both an inpatient unit and day infusion lounge.
