Job Description
Hire Resolves client is urgently seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team.
As a Credit Controller you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the credit control processes to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts. This is an exciting opportunity for a detailoriented professional to contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Debt collection
- Credit management
- Document posting
- Filling
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- Assist with month end receipt capturing
- General office duties
Requirements:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of financial literacy
- Very organized and meticulous with detail
- Effective communication skiils
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work with minimum supervision
- 35 years experience in same or simular position preferable working within FMCG environment
- Sound level of understanding of the major FMCG groups
- Matric (Essential)
- Preferable Credit management diploma
