Tax & Accounting Director wanted for Los Angeles Beach City Accounting Firm

This firm delivers topnotch tax and accounting services to a diverse clientele including highnetworth individuals and corporations. Their team thrives on collaboration innovation and a commitment to excellence.
The firm is expanding and looking to hire a highly experienced and motivated Tax & Accounting Director to join their growing firm. Qualified candidates will have strong business acumen and substantial experience with tax planning compliance accounting and complex tax returns. This is a management position and will require providing counsel leadership and oversight of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and tax professionals.
- Provide strategic tax planning and compliance for clients.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other directors and partners to drive firm growth.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax and accounting preferably with a public accounting firm.
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of federal state and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
