HOSPITALIST PHYSICIAN Aberdeen and BelAir MD
About the Role
- Fullservice hospitalist practice at Universityof Maryland (UM) Upper Chesapeake Health locations in Bel Air and Aberdeen
- Part of the University of Maryland Medical System
- University hospital with excellent specialtysupport
- Average 15 patients/day
- Closed ICU our team is not expected to performprocedures or run codes
- Staffing Model: 23 providers; 12 physicians/11 APPs
- EMR: EPIC
- Beds 257
- Trauma Level Level II
- Boardcertified/eligible in internal or family medicine
- Responsibilities include rounds admissionsdischarges and daily multidisciplinary rounds geographic rounds participantin rapid response and code team. Swingshift rotation covers admissions and new consults during the day.
