Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others possess strong administrative skills and be able to effectively handle a variety of tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet visitors and guests ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff members.
- Maintain and organize filing systems both digital and physical.
- Assist with preparing and distributing correspondence and documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
