To drive our expansion were looking for Manager Sales Professionals responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and handling diverse sales cycle requirements by informing customers while acquiring and maintaining indepth expertise in products pricing and market differentiators.
What to expect
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals managing various sales cycle demands effectively
- Lead a team of sales professionals providing guidance and support in the sales process
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products pricing and market differentiators
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
- Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams ensuring departmental alignment and synergy
- Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process
- Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings
What do we expect
- 7 years of relevant work experience in Automotive & Manufacturing
- Expertise in Customer & Enterprise Apps Consulting and Data & AI technologies
- Proficiencies in sales strategy development customer relationship management and market analysis
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
Personal skills and qualities:
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Csuite executives
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing highvalue deals
- Experience in a proactive hunting sales role with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence
