Veterinary Practice Manager
The Pet Wellness Groupis seeking a fulltime Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians technicians and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and prior experience overseeing clinic/hospital operations youll be responsible for leading with clarity managing multiple priorities and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the The Pet Wellness Group and the wellbeing of the animals we care for.
What to Expect
Salary:$65K$80K dependent on skills and experience
Schedule:Monday Friday 85

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations with a primary focus on personnel management including hiring training and development.
- Manage clinic/hospital operations including scheduling and inventory management.
- Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
- Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
- Comfortable working part time on the floor both in the back and up front.
- Experience executing clinical HR functions including SOPs evaluations and disciplinary action.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system AviMark
About The Pet Wellness Group
Our beautiful stateoftheart facility has 3 exam rooms a large treatment area with a separate surgical suite and a catfriendly wing! Were fully equipped with all the bells and whistles including InHouse Lab Digital Dental Radiographs Digital XRay Ultrasound and Electrocardiogram monitors.
