Teaching responsibilities will include our primary needs introductory psychology abnormal psychology developmental psychology and could include other courses such as personality statistics/research methods or opportunities in an area of specialization.Job Description

Teaching responsibilities will include our primary needs introductory psychology abnormal psychology developmental psychology and could include other courses such as personality statistics/research methods or opportunities in an area of specialization.
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in psychology or related field (specialization open) by date of appointment for appointment as visiting assistant professor; OR a Masters in psychology or related field (specialization open) by date of appointment for appointment as instructor.
Consideration may be given to candidates that demonstrate all or most of the following: experience and excellence in college teaching especially in abnormal psychology and/or developmental psychology; experience with or openness to teaching online courses; experience with nontraditional students; advising experience; and strong skills in interacting and collaborating with students faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. The campus is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the excellence of the Miami community through their teaching and advising.
