Job Title

Consumer Marketing Manager Shaw Floors

Position Overview

As the Consumer Marketing Manager for Shaw Floors you will be responsible for developing and implementing consumerfocused marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for Shaw Floors consumer products campaigns messaging strategic partnerships events and merchandising working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in consumer marketing and understanding of customer behavior will contribute to the success of the brand by effectively positioning and promoting Shaw Floors products to target consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute datadriven lead generation strategies to attract and nurture highintent consumers through digital marketing paid media content marketing and CRM programs. Analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.

  • Plan execute and measure consumerfacing events activations and partnerships to drive brand engagement and product awareness. Ensure seamless alignment with brand messaging and integration into broader marketing initiatives.

  • Design implement and manage consumer rebate programs promotional offers and other purchase incentives. Monitor program effectiveness track redemptions and refine strategies to maximize impact and sales conversion.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and preference within the remodel contractor segment. Create tailored messaging trade partnerships and educational resources to drive engagement and advocacy.

  • Optimize and manage strategic brand partnerships to maximize consumer brand awareness consideration and conversion.

  • Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target consumers and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of Shaw Floors products.

  • Lead brand consumer event efforts

  • Ensure consistency in branding messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

  • Plan develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness consideration and purchase intent for Shaw Floors products.

  • Monitor campaign performance analyze data and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.

  • Utilize consumer insights to inform marketing strategies product development and innovation.

  • Partner with internal teams to research and analyze consumer insights market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Stay informed about industry developments emerging consumer trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles strategies and best practices in consumerfocused marketing.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret consumer research and market data.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools including social media email marketing content management systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.

  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative consumer marketing strategies.

  • Uptodate with the latest marketing trends technologies and industry developments in consumerfocused marketing.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
