About you
You are a creative individual who is ready to provide leadership and direction on design layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms print digital and info graphical. Your main role at Colliers will be to provide branding and campaign solutions for highprofile properties and new business pursuits in a variety of markets. We are looking for a highly creative and positive individual to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer!
You are an enthusiastic team player who is well known for constantly delivering accurate topquality work for your clients. You can successfully guide projects from concept to to finish in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization regarding their design needs. You can work while under pressure and able to prioritize projects based on internal client needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.
In this role you will...
Design and produce visual marketing materials including new business proposals market overview presentations brochures flyers and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects
Design the elements for successful client engagement projects (digital print interactive etc. facilitating the process from start to finish
Research market data using various tools to assist with the creation of marketing collateral for the team which will include writing components
Successfully promote highlevel adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications
Partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a clients need pursuing each opportunity with optimism clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process
Communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (followthrough and followup) meeting commitments and deadlines
Devise strong visual solutions for researchbased information such as statistical graphs charts and tables
Be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fastpaced work environment with minimal direction/supervision
What youll bring
Diploma/Degree in marketing communications design or related
5 years of graphic design experience
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator)
Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Experience working with a style guide and brand
Excellent customer service organization and prioritization skills

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $68265 to $95000
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
