Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD performancebased bonuses
Travel: Occasional travel to clinic locations as needed

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastgrowing Dental Service Organization (DSO) currently operating one clinic with plans to open its second location this fall. The organization is focused on rapid expansion operational excellence and building a highperformance team to scale efficiently. This role offers a rare opportunity to work sidebyside with the CEO and help shape the companys growth trajectory from the ground up.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic businessminded Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and lead key initiatives across operations expansion sales and team building. This is not a support role its a handson leadershiptrack position for someone with strong business experience a track record of managing complex projects and the ability to drive crossfunctional in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow the CEO to learn all aspects of dental clinic operations and expansion.
  • Assist with patient acquisition strategies and salesfocused initiatives.
  • Support the opening of new clinic locations including site selection lease documentation and physical setup.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and manage location sourcing and leasing workflows.
  • Learn to recruit and onboard topperforming dentists and clinical staff.
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand optimize and scale internal processes.
  • Lead or colead crossfunctional projects related to expansion hiring and performance.
  • Over time take increasing ownership of clinic expansion strategy and .


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in business operations strategy or team leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing teams leading projects and improving business systems.
  • Strong sales background or orientation.
  • Bachelors degree in business management or a related field required (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive assertive and resultsdriven work style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fastmoving highgrowth environments.
  • No prior dental industry experience is required onthejob learning will be provided.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in healthcare real estate or recruitment.
  • Background in startups operations or consulting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools CRM systems and Google Workspace.
