Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: Grafik Pinehouse Baguio City
Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.
- Execute the daily opening and closing checklist
- Maintain indepth knowledge of the menu including daily specials ingredients and
preparation methods. - Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure food meets safety and hygiene guidelines before
serving. - Handle guest feedback or complaints gracefully resolving issues to ensure a positive
experience. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the dining area equipment and
seating areas Before During and After service - Assist in inventory management including stock rotation and replenishment.
QUALFICATIONS:
- Vocational or CollegeLevel
- With good communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
