Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning services including insurance investments and estate planning
- Engage and manage client relationships through tailored financial solutions
- Participate in continuous training and joint client appointments to enhance performance
- Convert leads from internal sources (including consumer and SME leads) into longterm clients
- Educate clients on trust and legacy planning strategies
- Option to build and lead your own team of advisors
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

- Insurance (Advisors from Broker Firms & Insurance Companies)

- Healthcare (Nursing) Education (Teachers) HR Sales & Marketing
Requirements
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Minimum GCE A Level Diploma or Degree (SCI certification supported)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a rewarding career
- Willing to complete required certification through the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI)
- For experienced advisors: Preferably less than 10 years in the industry or leading a small team
