We are seeking a fulltime Installation Quality Specialist for one of our 3 locations (West Jordan UT Alpharetta GA or Apopka FL). The Installation Quality Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the highquality and professional installation of Audio Enhancement systems. This individual will be responsible for conducting inspections audits and providing technical reports to ensure that installations meet or exceed industry standards. Previous AE Installation experience is required for this position.


Duties Include:

  • Provide general inspections on low voltage installation work to ensure good and professional operation.
  • Be able to review and understand wiring diagrams and installation checklists.
  • Ensure the application of project specifications and the of plans.
  • Performance of onsite audits covering visual checks and performance tests of installations and equipment.
  • Performance of remote audits through iAuditor.
  • Provide written progress technical and special issues reports to AE Leadership.
  • Work with the AE Leadership to coordinate installation issues for resolution by contractors/AE installers.
  • Work with AE Director Installation and AE Managers to ensure the development of best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of Audio Enhancement reporting tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
  • Networking knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to overnight travel up to 80

Compensation

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
