Job Description
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent
SECTOR : Marketing
BASIC SALARY : R35 000.00 R45 000.00
START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field
- At least 5 years experience
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001
- Excellent problemsolving decision making and analytical skills
- A resultsdriven approach and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working under pressure and deadline driven
- Ability to multitask across many brands
DUTIES:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure our products and development processes meet the highest standard of quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with our suppliers production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Visit supplier sites and assist operations by tracking documenting and reporting quality levels as well as CSR environmental and health and safety performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections errors and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Implementing appropriate Financial Controls to ensure that spend is appropriately managed and cost saving initiatives identified and initiated where appropriate.
- Conduct inspections on products received.
- Develop or update procedures for capture investigation and documentation of product complaints.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
