Job Description

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Clinical Protocol Coordinator in Baltimore MD. Package includes competitive rate paid time off and benefit options.

Saratoga Medical currently has an upcoming opportunity for a Clinical Protocol Coordinator in Baltimore MD. This is a great fulltime opportunity 40 hours work week schedule Monday to Friday. Please see the qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical research protocols including amendments reviews and approvals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for protocol activities and communications with the IRB.
  • Schedule and organize quality assurance activities and audits with regulatory agencies (FDA etc..
  • Assist researchers with protocol development and documentation including informed consent forms and patient calendars.
  • Manage Investigational New Drug (IND) submissions and renewals.
  • Maintain and update study databases ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide education and guidance on research activities and standards for new staff members.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:Masters degree (Bachelors degree with relevant experience will also be considered).
  • Certifications:Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) is preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research or protocol coordination.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and protocol management software
    • Familiarity with clinical protocols medical terminology and IRB requirements
    • Excellent organizational time management and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
