About the Fire Protection Project Manager Role
Are you a driven and experienced Fire Protection Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead complex projects in the Fire Protection industry Join Cannistraro where youll play a crucial role in delivering highquality safe and ontime solutions for our clients.
As a Fire Protection Project Manager you will oversee multiple projects working closely with field teams vendors and subcontractors to ensure success from start to finish. Youll be responsible for budgeting scheduling procurement and client relationships all while promoting our brand and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
What Youll Do:
- Drive Project Success Develop and manage budgets schedules and coordinate all project phases from design to closeout.
- Lead with Precision Work with vendors manage subcontractors material releases and field operations to keep projects running smoothly.
- Ensure Quality & Safety Partner with the field team to maximize labor productivity and ensure toptier safety measures.
- Mentor & Develop Talent Train and support Assistant Project Managers Project Engineers and CoOps.
- Build Strong Client Relationships Represent Cannistraro in client meetings assist with sales presentations and ensure a seamless project experience.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 610 years of experience in Fire Protection or a related field.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and MA building codes & Fire Protection standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and Bluebeam; experience with Navisworks AutoCAD/HydraCAD AutoSprink and CMiC is a plus!
