To be successful in this role you will:
- Develop lead and monitor a culture of high efficiency results and customeroriented accounting and reporting services for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee all accounting functions including strategic financial decisions and accounting activities monthend and yearly closing processes financial and management reporting cash management budget tax compliance and internal controls
- Presents findings and collaborates with leadership on recommendations that influence the future of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of five 5 years of progressive experience in general accounting experience with balance sheet management including financial statement preparation and supervisory responsibility.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- This person should also have an understanding of health care finance and industry trends.
- Valid Montana Drivers License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
