Start Date:ASAP to be trained and prepared for cruise ship season beginningin April / May 2025
WorkHours: Seasonal Fulltime Parttime roles available
Location: Central Burnaby / Vancouver
Wages:$23.50 perhour daily overtime pooled commission average earnings of $27$28 perhour

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:
- Driving a Double Decker tour bus on a fixed scheduled route around Downtown Vancouver in a safe manner
- Driving safelyand efficiently to keep on schedule to posted route timing
- Providingexceptional service to our guests
- Performing daily pre and posttrip inspections to bus safety compliance and cleanliness
- Effectiveand professional communication over radio/phone
- Abilityto adapt quickly and efficiently to changing traffic patterns street closuresor detours
- Accuratelyperform credit transactions using point of sale systems
- Being warm friendly and welcomingto all guests and team members
- Professionally handle guest queries and concerns
- Coordinating with Step on Guide on the bus to ensure smooth operations guest safety and customer service
- Promoting partner attractions and online reviews
WHAT WE WILL LIKE ABOUT YOU:
- You possess a valid BC Class 1 OR Class 2 License with air brake endorsement with a clean driver abstract
- You have at least 3 years driving experience in Downtown Vancouver
- You are familiar with the downtown Vancouver streets
- You have a friendly outgoing personality with a guest first focus
- You possess a professional attitude and appearance
- You have the flexibility to accommodate a changing schedule available to work any day of the week and an average shift length of 1011 hours per day
- You are available to work a fulltime schedule over the peak summer touring months
- You have previous experience working in a customer service role
- You can work well both independently with minimum direction and as part of a team
- You are fluent in English written and oral. Ability to speak a second language is a bonus.
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada
