Role Overview
Were seeking a dedicated attorney with civil litigation experience to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice or insurance defense though all civil litigation experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and defend depositions including expert witnesses
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare legal documents and appear for hearings
- Provide client reporting and strategic advice
- Demonstrate strong analytical and proactive skills
