UX DesignerLocation: BangaloreRole OverviewWe are looking for a UX/UI Designer with experience designing web and mobile applications in an Agile environment. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences applying strong reasoning critical thinking and problemsolving skills to create innovative designs that are usercentered consistently improving the quality of the application and business driven.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and refine user experiences for web and mobile applications balancing usability aesthetics and functionality. Interpret user research and translate insights into wireframes prototypes and design solutions. Use Figma to create wireframes highfidelity build ready designs and interactive prototypes. Collaborate closely with Product Managers Product Owners and engineers to align design with product strategy and technical feasibility. Understand with a high level of detail the use of design systems and contributing to design systemsApply critical thinking to analyse design problems and propose innovative data backed solutions.Advocate for the user ensuring accessibility usability and intuitive interactions across all touchpoints. Iterate and improve designs based on feedback A/B testing and user behaviour insights. Work within Agile teams contributing to sprints and design iterations in a fastpaced environment.Key Requirements 7 years of proven experience designing web and mobile applications with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.Expertise in Figma for wireframing prototyping and UI design.Experience working in Agile environments collaborating with product and engineering teams.Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to justify design decisions.Understanding of UX research methods usability principles and user psychology. Excellent communication skills able to articulate design rationale and facilitate discussions.PreferredExperience in designing for enterprise or multimarket digital products.Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML CSS) for better collaboration with engineers
