Role Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources the Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team for all functions including employee/labor relations recruitment timekeeping and leave management employee benefits training and personnel record management. This is a confidential role which requires effective problemsolving project management and time management skills. This role requires a high level of discretion professionalism and organizational skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving problems.
