Job Description
Sheetmetal fabricators a very prosperous Wodonga Engineering business is looking for Trade Assistants as labour hire employees doing commercial and domestic Sheetmetal and Ducting fabrication.
Our client is an Engineering business who specializes in Sheet Metal and Ducting manufactured products based in Wodonga who are looking to employ an experienced Trade Assistant to join their team on a fulltime/parttime permanent basis.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting qualified employees
- working with sheetmetal H Back and Ductboard
- Working and adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and productive work environment
- Operating manufacturing production machinery
About you
Our ideal candidate will be reliable willing to learn and have a positive can do attitude and previous experience would be an advantage.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- White card prior to commencement
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Operate guillotine and punch press or willing to learn
- Good organizational skills
- Work well with in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
