What Youll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and manage a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit top talent and provide handson training to ensure staff are equipped with the skills to excel.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all customer information is accurately inputted and managed in the CRM system.
  • Hold Staff Accountable: Set clear expectations monitor performance and coach team members to achieve their goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously learn and stay informed on industry trends to keep our dealership at the forefront of the market.
  • Trade Evaluations and Deal Closures: Assist in vehicle trade appraisals and closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Social Media Savvy: Lead by example. Help leverage social media with photos and videos in groups and forums helping generate leads and driving engagement. Encourage and support your team to do the same helping them turn digital outreach into real sales opportunities.
