Organization


A well established firm specialized in design and manufacturing of Special Purpose Machines for Automotive and Pharma industries in India and abroad.


Role & responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and develop PLC programs for special purpose machines using programming languages such as ladder logic structured text and function block diagram.
  • System Integration: Integrate PLC systems with various hardware components including sensors actuators HMIs and other automation devices.
  • Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure reliability functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLC systems and control circuits during the development commissioning and production phases.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including program descriptions wiring diagrams and user manuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems into SPMs.


Preferred candidate profile

Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Programming

Siemens / Mitsubishi

Knowledge of machine qualification FAT/SAT)

Robotics Programming (Good to have)

Programming experience (from Requirement to Implementation)

3 years

Travel to client sites (Commissioning)
