Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant you will perform general clerical and administrative duties to assist department supervisors and managers.Job Description
Description- Prepares maintains & distributes reports
- Interfaces with a variety of people internally and externally in routine matters
- Performs routine administrative responsibilities
- Proficient with Excel Power Point & working knowledge of Word
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills

- Special Skills : Mathematical Skills Ability to add subtract multiply and divide. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
