Job Summary:
Integrity First Caregivers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Memphis Tennessee. This position is a parttime hourly role in the healthcare/medical field. As an individual contributor the Caregiver will play a crucial role in providing highquality care and support to our clients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others and contribute to the healthcare industry.

* MUST HAVE OR OBTAIN CPR CERTIFICATION *
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with their daily activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
Medication reminder for clients on schedule and record all relevant information.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the clients dietary needs.
Accompany clients to doctors appointments and assist with transportation.
Monitor and report any changes in clients physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Complete necessary documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in care giving preferably in a home care setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
