Basic Function
The SAP Time Management Functional Analyst is responsible for delivery of solutions within SAP ECC 6.0 of Time Management functions and processes. This position engages a global team of highly effective functional and technical developers and business partners to provide daily operational support as well as solution implementation for enhancements and projects.
This position needs to demonstrate very good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with implementation partner and business resources. The position also requires a strong ability to independently convert business requirements to functional designs and test strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead projects enhancements and support of SAP Time Management system fully leveraging SAP ECC CATS Fiori and SuccessFactors product capabilities.
- Hands on system configuration related to SAP Time Management including Time Evaluation CATS Quotas Holiday Calendars Work Schedules Attendances and Absences.
- Oversee offshore developers to design and deliver solutions for tickets service requests and enhancements.
- Participate in product team meetings collaborating with business partners and business personnel to generate user stories to get more value from existing systems in a standard manner.
- Developing based on requirements submitted by the business detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to SAP systems.
- Writing and supporting complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Time Schemas for both positive and negative time recording.
- Performing unit testing of changes (configuration custom development etc. in development and staging environments including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
- Developing and maintaining architectural and design direction and develop creative business solutions.
- Providing prototypes and implementation of new functionality based on business needs.
- Providing support for other activities that impact the HR/Payroll system such as configuration changes to support changing business conditions HRSPs SAP upgrades application of hot packs etc.
- Providing adhoc training and consulting to business super users as required in run and maintain activities such as remedial training issue resolution etc.

Min. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of responsibility working with large SAP ERP global systems specializing in SAP Time Management including Americas EMEA and/or APAC countries.
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations in SAP Time Management module.
- Experience in configuration testing debugging documenting and implementing enhancements and break fix solutions to SAP Time Management including CATS and complex Time Schemas.
- Experience implementing Fiori Applications (Leave Request Team Calendar Approve Leave Request) is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC.
- Ability to engage with internationally distributed development teams.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze highly complex configuration scenarios and understand how they impact process changes across other HR and SAP modules
- Ability to create and meet timelines based on business needs and constraints.
- Strong communications skills are required. Should be a selfmotivated individual with customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information in an understandable manner to nontechnical audiences through writing and presentations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple issues at once.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to perform system analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources including rootcause analysis and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in ECECC hybrid solution implementation.
- Experience in ECP implementation with time recording solutions like Workforce Software.
- Experience in EC Time off and Time Management Configuration.
- Experience / knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules.
- Exposure to project management agile methodology and scrum.
