DescriptionWork Schedule:
This is a full time1.0 FTE position.Monday Friday 7:00am 5:30pm is required. No holidays oncall or weekends required at this time. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.
Pay:
Pay starts at $18.40 per hour work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

We are seekinga Patient Scheduling Representativeto:
- Schedule appointments via phone inperson or electronic correspondence.
- Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
- Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receiveappropriate care in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or other related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
- Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
- Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
- Previous experience with answering phones greeting clients and customers in person Preferred
