Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
- Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation
- Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers explaining possible solutions and ensuring that they feel supported and value Convincing Power
- Understand callers conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.
- Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Engaging in active listening with callers confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations as needed.
