Job Description
Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
Duration: 12 Weeks
Openings: 10
Address: 2221 Eagan Ave Fairbanks Alaska 99701
Shift hours: Days 6:30am14:45pm 7.5 hrs 45 minute break)
Swing 14:3022:45pm 7.5 hrs receive a 4.75 increase over basic salary
Graveyard 22:30pm6:45am 7.5 hours Receive a 7.5 increase over basic salary.
Weekends is an additional $1 per hour

Provide highquality personal care to assisted living home residents in a warm supportive and caring manner.
Following the residents Assisted Living Plan this position assists residents with lifting turning moving positioning and
with transporting into and out of bed wheelchairs bathtubs lifts and using walkers and canes etc.
This position is also part of a team providing programs that promote physical wellbeing and relationships by involving
residents in activities where they engage in meaningful persontoperson social interchange with other residents family
friends and staff.
Equipment to be used; Arjo Lifts wheelchairs electric beds Arjo tubs
Knowledge skills and education and/or experience ; 6months experience providing personal care. Eligibility for
certification to practice as a CNA in the State of Alaska
Computer software to be used; Microsoft Office suite and Netsmart MyUnity app for Rythmos call light system
