Are you ready to harness your technical expertise and project management skills to lead innovative projects Join JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Customer Success Associate within the CIB Payments Technology team. Youll be a key member of an agile team assisting in the design and delivery of reliable marketleading technology products that are secure stable and scalable. Your strong analytical skills and adaptability will help you navigate through uncertainty and change ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills youll build productive relationships and influence decisionmaking to achieve mutually beneficial results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data using these insights to drive improvements in coding practices and system architecture.
  • Contribute to a team culture of diversity equity inclusion and respect.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with extensive experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong influencing and motivational abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of the payments domain.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with development ecosystems is a plus.
