Job Description:
1010 WINS New Yorks one and only allnews station is looking for a news editor and writer to work in our fastpaced iconic newsroom. As an editor you must have excellent editorial judgment and a deep understanding of current events national politics and local news. WINS editors must also take information and news copy and turn it into a story that sounds like a conversation on the city streets. If you understand that compelling writing great storytelling and creative use of sound make for a great news product we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be a passionate news with their finger on the pulse of NYC.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for New York Citybased individuals expressing interest in this position is $42.61/hr$53.36/hr.
Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills abilities and location of the applicant as well as internal and external equity.
