Product Designer
Storable is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. You will design effective intuitive and cohesive interfaces that drive user and business results. Come find your home in our petloving lifeevent celebrating always learning winning team!
What you will do everyday:
- Collaborate with your Product Design and Engineering peers to plan design and deliver highquality highvalue digital experiences
- Think autonomously and meticulously through interactions to reach practical solutions
- Generate design toolslike sketches storyboards journey maps user flows wireframes prototypesto prove concepts facilitate brainstorming and explore ideas
- Seek unmoderated feedback from users to ensure the design decisions you are suggesting will be effective
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform and validate your design ideas
- Regularly uses storytelling tactics to justify designs communicate user needs and foster alignment
- Support Engineers executing product delivery sprints by generating detailed design documentation answering questions defining missing paths and checking the quality of whats ultimately built
- Actively participate in scrum planning sessions and evaluations of where we are headed winning and struggling
- Work closely with your Design peers to exchange ideas provide feedback seek platform continuity and stay on top of design trends
- Shepherd and improve the design patterns of our products
What you will need to bring to the table:
- 3 years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your ability (required for consideration)
- Proficient using Figma to create designs and clickable prototypes
- Experience on a team where Product Design and Engineering work in close collaboration
- Comfort starting from scratch or taking someone elses idea through to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for knowing and seeking the best interest of the person who uses your product
- Comfort taking and giving criticism in order to achieve growth
- Desire for continuous learning and growth
