Are you ready to make a lasting first impression Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester is looking for an energetic and welcoming Greeter to be the face of our dealership! As the first point of contact for our customers youll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all who visit.
What Youll Do:
Welcome customers with a friendly smile and gather essential information during their visit.
Be the goto person for answering questions and providing initial assistance.
Coordinate frontdesk operations distribute loaner cars and provide shuttles as needed.
Be the first and last impression of our dealershipyour role matters!
What Were Looking For:
A positive customerfocused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to multitask stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies smoothly.
Flexibility to work shifts including nights Saturdays and holidays.
Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours.
Job Requirements:
Friendly reliable and customeroriented.
Capable of standing walking and working outdoors for extended periods.
Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Bilingual A plus!
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
