Were expanding our team at the Collision Center of The C. Harper Auto Group and are looking for a dedicated Collision Center Office Coordinator to help elevate our customer experience. In this role youll serve as a key point of contact for customers and support the daily operations of our Collision Center. Your responsibilities will include clerical tasks cash handling scheduling phone interactions followup calls and ensuring seamless customer service. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to this role.

Customer Interaction: Greet customers answer inquiries and provide updates on repair status ensuring a positive experience.
Scheduling: Coordinate repair appointments and follow up on scheduled services to maintain an efficient workflow.
Clerical Work: Manage paperwork invoices and documentation related to repairs and insurance claims.
Cash Handling: Process payments manage receipts and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Phone Interactions & FollowUps: Handle inbound and outbound calls providing customers with timely updates and addressing concerns.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer and repair information into our system to support seamless operations.
Support Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians estimators and insurance representatives to facilitate smooth operations.
Clerical Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office role preferably in an automotive or collision center setting.
Cash Handling Skills: Experience managing payments and financial transactions with accuracy.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Organized & DetailOriented: Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with automotive software is a plus.
Customer Service Focused: A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering toptier service.
