Job Description
ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

SignOn Bonus: $15000 for fulltime hires
Overview:
The CORE Institute is seeking a fulltime Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Orthopedics role at our Surprise AZ clinic. This physicianowned practice proudly serves the local community offering a general orthopedics caseload.
You will be part of a collaborative team of PTs PTAs and PT Technicians providing exceptional care.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- Patients span all age groups with various outpatient diagnoses.
- This is an ideal role for PTs interested in developing a broad knowledge of general outpatient orthopedics with opportunities to specialize if desired.
- Evaluations range between 3060 minutes and followups are scheduled at 30minute intervals.
Work Schedule:
- Monday Friday with shifts starting as early as 6:30 am and ending by 6:00 pm.
- Flexible work schedule based on clinic and PT needs.
- No weekends and no holidays.
Compensation:
- Annual salary in the range of $70000 $95000 based on experience.
- Compensation includes:
- Loan forgiveness
- Relocation bonuses and/or signon bonuses
- Productionbased bonus system to enhance the overall package.

Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Eligible for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Fulltime availability is required.
- New Graduate PTs are welcome.
