Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Drive ecommerce strategy for Spare Parts and Repairs business
- Analyze website data to optimize online marketing strategies
- Identify customer buying patterns and market requirements and develop arguments for specific improvements
- Build reports and dashboards that convey insights and recommendations to collaborators
- Supervise and tackle ecommerce functionality issues as needed
- Develop and implement market adaptation plan including customer training marketing campaigns etc
- Serve as the functional owner and marketing technologist on webrelated project initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to increase ecommerce traffic sales improve conversion improve profitability and optimize online product information
- Find opportunities for process improvements
- Assist and provide the required Ad Hoc reporting
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Business Administration Computer Science or a related field is helpful
- 58 years of successful experience in ecommerce with global markets and/or customer value creation
- Demonstrable ability to translate business concepts into technical requirements
- Experience in inside sales and designing and implementing test plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven organizational project and time management skills including the ability to optimally meet changing priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and problemsolving skills are meaningful
- Solid grasp of B2B & B2C ecommerce applications; experience with SAP SAP Hybris SAP Commerce Cloud SAP Ariba a plus
- Solid understanding of Information Technology systems including ERPs CRMs BI & Integration platforms. Web Analytics A/B testing Audience Targeting
- Experience with Confluence or Jira is a plus!
