Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and certify 4G LTE and 5G SA core network solutions.
- Perform indepth analysis and troubleshooting of RAN eNB gNB Option3x SA MME AMF NRF and 5G core network components.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test suites and Test Object lists aligned with design requirements.
- Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and reliability of network validation processes.
- Author detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Implementation guides as part of Lab exit artifacts.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends applying this knowledge to improve network solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of network solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless telecommunications with a focus on 4G LTE and 5G SA core networks.
- Proven expertise in RAN eNB gNB Option3x SA MME AMF NRF and 5G core design.
- Strong understanding of 3GPP call flows and network protocols.
- Proficiency in developing and automating test cases and test suites.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g. Python Ansible).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create detailed technical documentation.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying updated with industry advancements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloudnative technologies and virtualization (e.g. Kubernetes Docker).
- Familiarity with network simulation and emulation tools.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco Nokia Ericsson) is a plus
