Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Support production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Backfill other maintenance techs in their departments as needed (repairs set up/tear downs rebuilds etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair utility equipment including boilers air compressors and refrigeration units.
- Follow the PM program on all support equipment.
- Maintain integrity of maintenance checks and balances and report any deviations to supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Ability to work in a team environment and support the business until the issue is resolved.
