We are in search of an entry level Maintenance/Handyman! This individual will be assisting with multiple facilities. Candidate must possess basic problem-solving skills ability to work independently must be honest dependable punctual and trustworthy. If you have a basic foundational knowledge of the field but no professional experience we are willing to train!
Duties/preferable skills (include but are not limited to):
Eager to learn new carpentry electrical and plumbing skills.
Change AC filters at all Austin locations (all within 4 miles of each other).
Assisting Facility Maintenance and Repair team with any additional tasks needed
Basic operation to input information regarding repairs or recommendations sending/answering emails.
Must have reliable transportation to get from job site to job site. Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year.
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
Physical requirements:
No fear of climbing ladders
Lifting moving heavy furniture boxes tools with use of moving equipment
Proper lifting techniques for max 80 lbs alone (bag of concrete)
Work in outside elements including inclement weather
Ability to learn and operate Scissor lift Fork lift and Boom
Hours:
This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours per week.
All facilities located in Austin and Georgetown.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $30.00 an hour depending on experience.
Self-supplied basic tools a plus but not required.
