Commercial Manager (M&E)
Hunter Savage are working alongside a reputable M&E Contractor in their search for a Commercial Manager to join their Newry office. This organisation pride themselves in providing the highest standard of work at speed and quality for their clients operating across Ireland

The Role
- Responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the projects including cost control budget management and subcontractor management
- Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimates procurement and tender process and ensure robust timely cost and value reporting at both project and business level unit
- Mentor Junior members of the commercial team.
The Person:
- Ideally 5 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within a similar environment
- Knowledge of construction law and contracts
- Previous experience in the MEP industry would be desirable
- Valid CSR / Safe Pass and a Clean UK / ROI Driving License.
