Todays media workflows require creating dozens of different versions of every piece of content different sizes bitrates languages and formats targeting desktop and mobile devices as well as cinema and TV. Hybrik is a fast high quality costeffective solution that lets you easily generate all the files you need using worldclass technologies like Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

As Senior Software Engineer Bakendyoull be dealing with:
- Intelligent resource management in the Cloud
- Workflow development and management
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Microservices
- Databases (e.g. MySQL)
- User/Account management
- Basic security concepts
- AWS Google Cloud Azure
Responsibilities
- Develop and own major Hybrik backend features
- Design system architecture
- Data base finetuning
- Develop efficient and scalable Cloud solutions
- Guide less experienced developers
Qualifications and skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Engineering mindset
- Strong programming skills and design fundaments
- Professional experience with relational databases or database fundamentals and willingness to deepen expertise in this area
- Knowledge of REST API design and development
- Professional experience in one of the objectoriented languages (Java C# C or similar) experience in lowlevel languages is also a plus
- Ability and willingness to use JavaScript/Node.js as a leading technology (professional experience in Node.js is a huge plus)
- Ability to use scripting or other programming languages when needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Ability to efficiently cooperate with other engineering teams
- Ability to translate highlevel business goals into the efficient engineering solutions
- Ability to cooperate with international teams in various time zones (e.g. USA)
