Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance
- Greet customers and provide an influential first experience as customers arrive to the Service Department
- Organize vehicles
- Effectively communicate with other members of the Service andSales Departmentincluding members of management
- Lead and maintain an organized parking area andservice lane (barricades directing traffic etc.
- Park retrieveand protect cars
- Daily lot walkarounds to ensure vehicle security
- Basic cleaning responsibilities
- Assist in ways that could help benefit the customer experience or fellow employees
- Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
Qualifications
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Effective communication organizational and time management skills
- Punctual
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Fulltime with weekend availability
- Must be willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
